When you use the contact form on this site or email us directly, we collect what you provide — your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this website, and we don't collect any information beyond what you choose to send us.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement goes ahead, to provide our advisory services. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell, rent or trade them to any third party.
Messages sent through our contact form are delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, directly to Graeme's inbox. This site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts and Unsplash for design assets — in the ordinary course of loading the page, these providers may log standard technical data such as your IP address, in line with their own privacy policies.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you, or as part of our ordinary client records where an engagement proceeds. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only accessible to Graeme.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email Graeme@acuteadvisory.com.au. This policy is intended to reflect the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
